Delete from the Axis app
If you can sign in, open your profile, find the Account section, select Delete account, and confirm. Your login is deleted and your personal profile and content are hidden in the app.

Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, send the request from the email address associated with your Axis account. We may reply to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What happens to your data
- Your login account is deleted and your profile details are cleared. A hidden former-author record remains.
- Your personal posts, comments and other authored content are retained but hidden in the app. University-owned posts remain.
- Stored files are retained for now. This action does not permanently erase all content or files.

Retained content
Hidden content and stored files are retained for now; automatic permanent cleanup is not yet available. Contact support about a request to erase retained data.
Registering again creates a new account without restoring your previous content, memberships or administrator permissions.
